Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $101k to $126.5k per year, plus a 10% discretionary bonus and annual merit review. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. Complete benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or related field experience (MS Dynamics Fundamentals certification a plus!)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and 3+ years of architecture, technical, functional, and configuration experience with CRM required
- Technical and administrative knowledge of CRM tools, platforms, and trends is required (MS Dynamics CRM is a plus!)
- Experience with SQL and databases in a Microsoft or Windows environment
What You'll Do:
- Elicit, identify, and document business requirements and implement CRM to business stakeholders
- Manage, implement, and upgrade CRM, including system functionality
- Champion ongoing releases of new and improved capabilities and adhere to and support project lifecycle methodologies
- Incorporate usability and UI efficiencies into business solutions
