Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and a strong background in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM Sales modules.
Define and implement solution architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise strategy.
Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and customize Dynamics 365 components including plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and Portals.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Dynamics 365 development.
Oversee integration design, debugging, testing, and modification activities per Customer s Development Management Methodology (DMM).
Act as the technical point of contact for all design and implementation discussions with the client.
Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and quality oversight.
Mandatory Skills
10 12 years of relevant CRM/Dynamics 365 experience.
Strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales module), .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, and Portals.
Proven experience in solution architecture and design.
Hands-on experience with customizations, configurations, and integrations in Dynamics 365.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to address complex technical questions and clarifications independently.
Good to Have Skills
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multi-system integration.
