Patient Volume: 12-14
Patient Demographics: 16+ yrs old
Support Staff: For each procedure, there will be 1 Surg Tech, 1 SPD Tech & 1 CRNA.
Physician in Practice: 1 in procedure room with CRNA.
Case Mix: Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Pediatric & Regional.
Required Procedures:
- Perform Colonoscopies & Endoscopies & a combination of both during 1 procedure.
- General Anesthesia: Adult, Pediatric
- Spinal Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Neurological Cases (Spine), Complex orthopedic cases.
- Pain mgmt techniques, Post-op extremity blocks, Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks & Ventilation mgmt.

Other Info:
- Advance equipment is the ability to intubate a patient if needed; No other emergency mgmt equipment.
- Would stabilize & immediately transport patient to our local hospital across the street from the center.

Requirements:
Active DE License
BC/BE
BLS, ACLS, PALS
