Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
  • The Capability Lead HR & Legal Systems will provide strategic and operational leadership for HR and Legal technology capabilities within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • This role will act as the single point of accountability for the capability, driving alignment between business objectives and technology solutions while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
  • The individual will play a key role in thought leadership, transformation initiatives, and delivery of integrated HR and Legal system solutions at scale.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Extensive experience within industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Strong domain expertise in HR and Legal systems including payroll, time and attendance, and core HR platforms.
  • Experience integrating HR systems with enterprise ERP platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and engage with senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience handling large-scale portfolios.
  • Strong experience across application management, IT management, incident management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to build and strengthen business and IT relationships.
  • Experience working closely with internal business teams and corporate functions.
Experience:
  • Fifteen to twenty years of experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Five or more years of experience working with large HR platforms such as Workday or similar systems.
  • Hands-on experience leading HR system implementations is preferred.
  • Experience leading technology consulting engagements or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-domain programs across global organizations.
  • Exposure to global trade environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight and act as the single point of contact for the HR and Legal systems capability.
  • Align capability objectives with organizational and engagement-level strategic goals in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovation across HR and Legal technology domains.
  • Design, build, and scale HR and Legal system solutions for large manufacturing organizations.
  • Lead consulting engagements including process reengineering, benchmarking, value management, and business case development.
  • Support opportunity management, solution structuring, and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery through collaboration with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Skills:
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, time and attendance, performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll systems.
  • Strong consulting, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as analytics, automation, and digital transformation platforms is preferred.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
