Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by helping them understand the requirements to load data files to support the various products.
  • Refer customers to our training materials available on website to encourage self-serve processes for template walk through, and hands-on instructions.
  • Review customer data files for required format and accuracy to identify content errors.
  • Train new customers and current customers on catalogue website functionality.
  • Process Campaigns by communicating, training, supporting and encouraging customers to participate as new buyers join the marketplace.
  • Ensure documentation such as training and sample content is current and effective regarding catalogue load process.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in data analysis or customer data management.
  • Proven job experience in effective customer communication.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and UltraEdit or other text file editing tools.
  • Some exposure to business processes or systems analysis.
