Cerner PEVH (Patient Engagement & Virtual Health) Solution Advisor
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cerner PEVH Solution Advisor to support large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations focused on patient engagement, virtual health, telehealth, and patient portal workflows.
This role serves as a clinical and operational subject matter expert, ensuring Cerner solutions are designed, documented, and aligned with real-world clinical workflows across multi-site deployments.
**Must be able to work on a W2. We are not able to accept any 3rd party/Vendor submissions for this role***

Overview

This role serves as a clinical and operational subject matter expert, ensuring Cerner solutions are designed, documented, and aligned with real-world clinical workflows across multi-site deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Solution Advisor for Patient Engagement & Virtual Health (PEVH), including Patient Portal and Telehealth workflows.
- Translate Cerner functionality, terminology, and design into clinically meaningful workflows.
- Support current-state workflow analysis and future-state workflow design.
- Identify workflow gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Be willing to travel as needed for events up to 40%
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, and solution teams to ensure accurate system configuration.
- Support testing activities, including test script development and execution.
- Review training materials, job aids, and workflow documentation.
- Support go-live planning and post-implementation optimization.
- Assist with issue, change request, and ticket management as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cerner / Oracle Health implementations
- Strong background in clinical workflows and healthcare IT
- Experience supporting EHR design, build, testing, and optimization
- Ability to work independently in complex implementation environments
- Experience with Patient Engagement, Virtual Health, or Telehealth solutions
- Experience working as a Solution Advisor, Clinical SME, or Informaticist
- Large-scale, multi-site EHR implementation experience
