Role: Cisco Duo Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA(Hybrid)

Note: Locals to GA or EST candidates preferred

Inviting applications for the role of Cisco Duo Engineer, with a minimum of 4 years of experience to design, implement and support MFA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, secure access policies, endpoint security and integration with other Identity management tools. This role involves collaborating with IT Support, network and security teams to reduce risk from unauthorized access

Responsibilities:
Experience in design, maintaining and implementation of Cisco Duo MFA and Zero across various platforms
Responsible for testing use cases for various integration of Cisco Duo during POC
Collaborate and troubleshoot issues with Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, CISCO ISE AD, New Relic, Big Panda, LDAP, SAML and OAUTH applications teams.
Participate in meetings to understand and recommend the best technical, most cost-effective solutions.
Manage support requests, policies, device trust, adaptive authentication failures, and user access problems
Support end-to-end lifecycle management of Duo, including onboarding, provisioning, upgrades, and monitoring.
Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant and bring the team up to speed on latest versions, configuration changes, reporting and integration initiatives.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
4+ years of experience in deploying and managing Cisco Duo solutions.
Good understanding of IAM, MFA, SSO and Zero Trust best practices.
Experience integrating Duo with cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), VPNs (AnyConnect, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, etc.), and enterprise SaaS applications.
Good understanding of endpoint management and network security.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate / CCNP Security / Duo Security Certifications.
Experience with Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity in addition to Cisco Duo.
Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms for log analysis and incident response.
Experience in large-scale enterprise related to ITES and Telecommunications
