Job Details

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on a strategic hybrid leadership role, managing key client accounts, driving global delivery, and accelerating business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
  • Lead delivery and execution across onshore/offshore teams, managing resources, escalations, and overall client success.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and new business development initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between client leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless alignment and value delivery.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of proven experience in account management, delivery leadership, or business development within IT/consulting.
  • Strong background in managing enterprise clients and global delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance client-facing ownership with delivery oversight and business growth responsibility.
