Role Overview

Act as the primary strategic liaison and trusted advisory leader between Disney's internal business units (such as Disney Experiences, Parks & Resorts) and CEI. This role ensures seamless collaboration, technology alignment, and successful delivery of integrated systems across Disney s enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for CEI, ensuring alignment with Disney s enterprise technology strategy and segment-specific needs.
    • Build high-trust relationships and facilitate collaboration across technology teams and business leaders.
  • Integration Project Leadership
    • Lead and oversee complex integration initiatives, including solution design, planning, implementation, and scaling operations (especially across hotels, resorts, and entertainment tech).
  • Technical Strategy Alignment
    • Partner with internal Disney tech leadership to align CEI integration efforts with broader roadmaps and segment-specific trajectories.
  • Change Management & Communication
    • Act as a change agent by coordinating training, governance, and adoption strategies for newly integrated systems; communicate proactively with stakeholders.
  • Delivery Execution & Oversight
    • Monitor and support integration workflows, UAT, performance optimization, and issue resolution in collaboration with CEI delivery partners.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting
    • Measure integration success using project KPIs, technology performance data, and stakeholder feedback. Share insights to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8 12+ experience with hotels, resorts, or entertainment industry systems is important.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience working in a major market - Orlando - is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in a consultative role.
