Job Details

  • The Data Architect will play a critical role in designing, evolving, and optimizing the company s cloud-based data architecture. This position requires a strong foundation in data engineering, hands-on experience delivering cloud data solutions, and the ability to clearly communicate complex architectures through diagrams and detailed documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms aligned with organizational goals.

5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience using distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark, MapReduce, or Databricks.

Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (conceptual, logical, and physical models).

Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases.

Excellent diagramming and visualization skills using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.

Design and implement secure, scalable cloud-based data architectures, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Lead the selection, evaluation, and integration of cloud data services such as storage, databases, and analytics platforms.

Develop and maintain cloud data architecture strategies that align with business and technical objectives.

Ensure architecture designs follow best practices for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
