Job Description:

1. Zscaler Cloud Connector Administration
   - Experience configuring and managing Zscaler Cloud Connector in AWS environments.
   - Familiarity with ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) integration.
   - Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and micro segmentation principles.

1. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
   - Proficiency with tools like Terraform and CloudFormation for deploying Zscaler Cloud Connector VMs and related infrastructure.
   - Experience automating deployments and updates of Zscaler components.
   - Skilled in writing and managing infrastructure automation scripts in Python.

1. CI/CD and Change Management
   - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo and GitHub Actions.
   - Familiarity with ITIL-based change management processes and tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.

1. Cloud Platform Expertise
   - Deep knowledge of AWS, IAM, and workload management.
   - Experience with cloud-native monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch).
   - Proficient in integrating and visualizing metrics using Grafana for real-time monitoring and alerting.

1. Security and Compliance
   - Understanding of DLP, firewall rules, DNS control, and policy enforcement in cloud environments.
   - Ability to integrate Zscaler with cloud-native security services like AWS GuardDuty.
   - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards for cloud environments.

1. Programming and Tooling
   - Proficient in Python for scripting, automation, and integration tasks.
   - Familiar with modern IDEs such as Visual Studio Code and IntelliJ IDEA for efficient development and troubleshooting.
   - Experience using Grafana for monitoring, dashboards, and visualization of operational and security data.
