Cloud Service Lead
The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by supporting the homeland security mission.

As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you'll partner with clients to manage cloud operations and services. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience with IT operations support
  • Experience with cloud operations tools and technologies, including monitoring, automation, and orchestration tools, such as ServiceNow
  • Experience leading a team of IT operations analysts to support enterprise IT infrastructure, including 24x7 staffing
  • Experience implementing operational policies, plans, procedures, and directives
  • Experience defining and documenting processes into written procedures, including standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience providing operational reports and status to senior level management, including SLA reporting
  • Experience identifying existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommending corrective action
  • Experience in project management, including risk analysis, resource management, and task prioritization
  • Experience supporting help desk operations, including ticketing, prioritization, escalation, and resolution
  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud environments in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
  • DHS Suitability

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
