Job Summary: The Commercial Planning Analyst will report to the Director of Commercial Planning and act as the primary liaison for the Luxe Sales planning and forecasting process. This role is responsible for consolidating sales projections, managing order write meetings, and providing accurate performance tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage weekly Order Write meetings and collaborate with the Commerce team to compile and consolidate Gross-to-Net projections. Report current month and quarter Net Latest Estimate (LE) to leadership, explaining variance drivers and identifying risks and opportunities. Actualize Retail and Net Sales by account at month-end in coordination with Business Analytics and Commercial Finance to ensure data integrity. Track business performance and review year-to-go (YTG) Retail and Net Sales projections with the Commerce team, adjusting forecasts as needed. Participate in monthly demand reviews and consensus meetings, presenting the latest Retail and Net Sales forecasts to cross-functional partners. Support the Director of Commercial Planning in delivering Luxe Division Trend and Budget deliverables. Build, maintain, and improve complex planning models for LE, Trend, and Budget purposes. Required Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical ability to interpret data at a granular level. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work effectively across functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in the Beauty or Consumer Goods industry. Knowledge of retail math concepts such as customer margin, stock in trade, and weeks of supply. Prior experience in planning and forecasting roles. Experience using Power BI for data visualization and analysis. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
