Commercial Services Officer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Commercial Services Officer for a contract assignment with one of our premier Mining clients in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day Commercial Services operations such as contract and sales order entry, shipments, invoicing, 3 party marketing purchases for resale, metal reconciliation.
• Participate in initiatives that can bring additional value or improved experiences to our internal/external stakeholders
• Apply standard documentation process and performance clauses (SLA's) to ensure customer and contract obligations are fulfilled
• Manage month end reporting activities

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Ability to work in a multi-product environment and standardize processes
• Accounting/Finance and metal accounting reconciliation
• Adaptability to change and evolving deadlines
• Trading skills
