Title: Computer Systems Analyst (Junior)

Position Description: The Computer Systems Analyst (Junior) develops requirements for information systems from a project s inception to conclusion. This individual develops required specifications for simple to moderately complex systems. The position shall be responsible for assisting senior computer systems analysts in preparing input and test data for the proposed system:
- Provide day-to-day support for the implementation and maintenance of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly SailPoint and ForgeRock platforms
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated user onboarding and provisioning workflows that ensure timely and secure access management
- Support the provisioning and management of ForgeRock web/JEE policy plugins and associated access resource policies
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs used for IAM platform integration and core identity functions
- Help maintain and support access certifications, including setup, execution, and auditing of review campaigns
- Assist with onboarding platform and application users into IAM systems, ensuring alignment with defined access roles and entitlements
- Support the integration of IAM systems with directory services such as Active Directory and other identity stores
- Provide IAM-related technical support to end users, including troubleshooting access issues and user provisioning requests
- Monitor IAM system health and performance, including routine checks of key platform components and associated resources
- Work under the direction of senior engineers to validate functional requirements, test data, and system outputs for IAM use cases.
Education: This position requires a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline; or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
General Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least three (3) years of computer experience in assignments of technical nature, working under close supervision and direction
- Foundational understanding of IAM principles and concepts, including least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle
- Hands-on experience supporting helpdesk, systems access, or user administration functions within an enterprise or cloud environment.
Specialized Experience: The proposed candidate must have at least one (1) year of experience in analyzing and programming applications on large-scale or mid-tier computers (or LAN-based) with a minimum of one (1) year of design and programming of moderately complex IT systems:
- Minimum one year supporting the operation or integration of IAM platforms such as SailPoint or ForgeRock
- Experience assisting in workflow automation or scripting for access provisioning, onboarding, or directory integration
- Exposure to enterprise security policies, application onboarding processes, or user entitlement models.
