#1927 Construction Estimator
We re seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team and take ownership of estimating and selling reconstruction projects within the property damage and restoration industry.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused someone who communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality estimates.
This is a base salary plus commission position, with compensation aligned to your experience and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed on-site inspections to determine scope, materials, and labor needs.
- Prepare accurate, thorough estimates using Xactimate and other industry tools.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, insurance adjusters, and trade partners.
- Record project details, updates, and communications within company systems, including Outlook, Dash, Encircle, and Xactimate.
- Communicate consistently and professionally with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Present solutions clearly and persuasively to highlight value and build client confidence.
- Partner closely with other departments to ensure seamless project handoffs and overall success.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with building codes and restoration industry standards.
- Strong computer and software skills (Outlook, Xactimate, Dash, Encircle).
- 2+ years of experience in construction or property restoration estimating.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Skilled in negotiating subcontractor pricing and costs.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.
