Construction Quality Control Manager Who Are We?

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project-specific quality control plans and inspection protocols.
  • Lead the USACE Three Phases of Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
  • Manage submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1 and other regulatory standards.
  • Review project specifications and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, or QC Manager.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
  • Valid "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" certification.
  • Strong understanding of EM 385-1-1 and safety compliance practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large-scale federal or military vertical construction projects.
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar document control platforms.
