We are looking for Content Stack Specialist for our client in Issaquah, WA
Job Title: Content Stack Specialist
Job Location: Issaquah, WA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr
Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement content stack workflows including draft, review, approval, and publishing stages using Contentstack.
  • Configure and manage workflow notifications, scheduled publishing, and release strategies across locales.
  • Lead localization and translation workflows, including integration with Translation Management Systems (TMS), glossary setup, and translator access controls.
  • Design and test API integrations for content delivery across multiple languages and platforms using Bust and other headless CMS tools.
  • Implement fallback logic, caching strategies, and performance benchmarks for content APIs.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, and localization teams to align content stack capabilities with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for security, access control, and workflow governance.
  • Support hybrid cloud deployment models, integrating content stack services across on-prem and cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
  • Document and maintain metadata schemas, publishing rules, and workflow configurations.
  • Lead POCs and pilots to validate new content stack capabilities and integrations.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in content management systems (CMS) and enterprise workflow design.
  • Proven experience implementing multi-language content stacks and localization workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Contentstack and Bust for content orchestration and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, especially Google Cloud Platform and Azure. Experience with API development, authentication, and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, publishing strategies, and release management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in client-facing roles.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
