Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the contingent workforce program, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with contingent workforce vendors and monitor performance metrics to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Program Administration: Manage the end-to-end process of contingent workforce management, including requisition approval, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the contingent workforce program, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with contingent labor and implement mitigation strategies to minimize legal and financial exposure.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Finance, and hiring managers, to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with contingent labor strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the contingent workforce program through process improvements, technology enhancements, and training initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control costs associated with contingent labor, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while optimizing resource utilization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in contingent workforce management
  • Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements pertaining to contingent labor.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems, vendor management systems (VMS), and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
