Position Overview: Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives at the location and support additional sites. Analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and lead kaizen activities to optimize operations and increase efficiency. Reports to Sr. OpEx Manager with dotted line to plant management.

Position Overview: Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives at the location and support additional sites. Analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and lead kaizen activities to optimize operations and increase efficiency. Reports to Sr. OpEx Manager with dotted line to plant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lean Competencies - Train personnel in 5S, TPM, SMED, VSM, Kanban, continuous flow, and lean industrialization; assess lean standards application
- Lean Strategy - Propose internal lean strategy; ensure lean rules in new projects; manage continuous improvement and productivity improvement roadmaps
- Lean Gemba Activities - Deploy lean standards and best practices; lead kaizen workshops and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
- Results Management - Manage lean budget and productivity results; implement daily results management; lead weekly/monthly reviews and improvement plans; data analysis and reporting
- Leadership & Change Management - Coach lean engineers/analysts; collaborate with plant leadership, operations, quality, and maintenance teams; establish continuous improvement culture
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years in manufacturing/supply chain with lean training (equivalent lean manufacturing experience may substitute for degree)
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, teaching, and coaching abilities
- Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and Project Management tools
- Knowledge of 5S, Standard Work, Pull Flow/Kanban, SMED, TPM, VSM, and data analysis tools (Minitab)
- Financial acumen and data analysis/visualization capabilities
- 6 Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt a plus
