Job Description
Contract HRIS Analyst
Location: Steele Creek
Compensation: $35/HR - $45/HR
Onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for the HRIS system, including researching and resolving issues, identifying process gaps, conducting scheduled activities, and proposing alternative solutions to meet business needs.
- Evaluate current system usage and recommend enhancements such as additional training, system customization, or feature upgrades to increase efficiency and value.
- Assist with the review, testing, and implementation of system updates and patches.
- Ensure compliance with data security, data integrity, and privacy regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Create, maintain, and support various reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools. Help develop standard reporting for ongoing business requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for third-party vendors and internal stakeholders, including payroll and IT.
- Lead or contribute to HRIS-related projects, potentially serving as the primary owner for specific initiatives.
- Work closely with analysts and HRIS team members to plan, configure, and test system features and customizations.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and system documentation.
- Deliver end-user training and provide hands-on support while suggesting process or service improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, vendor updates, and emerging technologies in the HRIS landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, human resources, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 5-10 years of experience working with HRIS platforms. Experience with system implementations is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Success Factors
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and data, including benefits administration, eligibility, and enrollment rules.
- Solid understanding of HRIS architecture, including database design, structure, and functionality, with hands-on experience using database tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to project work, especially in system implementation or enhancement efforts.
