Title: Gen AI Lead / Architect Automation Enablement
Location: Sunnyvale CA Day one onsite

Role Summary:
- Leads the design and implementation of Gen AI solutions within the automation program.
- Works closely with business teams to identify AI-driven opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and fine-tune Gen AI models for document processing, summarization, and decision support.
- Collaborate with RPA teams to embed AI capabilities into bots and workflows.
- Ensure ethical AI usage and model governance.
Skills Required:
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI model deployment.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and MLOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
