Title: Controls Engineer
Location: Glen Arm, MD (on-site; relocation package included)
Salary: $110,000 -$140,000 + annual 12% bonus & pay increase + Holiday bonus + sign-on bonus!
Requirements: Must be able to program PLCs from scratch

What You Will Be Doing

Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems supporting machinery within the corrugated packaging industry. This includes responsibility for configuring, installing, and providing technical support for PLC-based hardware and software solutions. Develop upgrades for HMI systems, perform on-site diagnostics, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

What You Need for this Position

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial/automation environment
  • Design motor control cabinets for heavy machinery
  • Program PLCs and HMIs from scratch (Siemens and/or Rockwell Allen-Bradley)
  • Design, develop, and coordinate all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
