Job Title: Conversational AI Solution Analyst
Location: Malvern PA Remote/Hybrid/Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months


Role Specific Responsibilities Include:

The Solutions Analyst Conversational AI, directly contributes to the strategic framework through personalized solutions, frictionless experiences, member-centric culture, and process excellence as part of the Enterprise Solutions Team. The focus is on the effective use of technology in the execution of technology personalization strategy, contextual artificial intelligence, and continual process improvement supporting the Enterprise. The Conversational AI Analyst is responsible for business analysis, establishing intents, building entity scopes, and support for cloud-based solutions such as Kore.ai, Open.ai and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop a detailed understanding of Conversational AI platforms, Core, and integrated application architecture to implementation approaches, algorithms, and code structure to meet the business requirements and improve member facing and back-office efficiencies.
  • Administer Conversational AI instance including establishing intent and entity scopes. Perform periodic system maintenance including application configuration, integration, maintenance of products/services and application security for the Conversational AI environment and interrelated systems.
  • Proactively collaborate with Continuous Improvement to analyze information needs and functional requirements for Conversational AI and deliver the following: functional/business requirements and specification documents, use cases, workflows, proof of concepts, interface designs.
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Maintain and monitor tasks associated including but not limited to maintenance of the service catalog, bot behavior, natural language issues and implement approved change requests to ensure natural language understanding performance supports a positive user experience.
  • Create and maintain testing data sets to verify NLU performance, intent accuracy reports, entity accuracy reports, and analyze chat/call history to optimize intent/entity training.
  • Use knowledge and expertise of Enterprise Solutions to assist with implementation, testing, identifying gaps, and training development, as needed. Time: 10%
EDUCATION (Minimum education required to perform the duties of this position)
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Finance or related discipline or three years related work experience.

EXPERIENCE (Minimum experience required to perform the duties of this position)
In addition to the education requirement:
  • Three or more years of experience managing Contextual AI with an Enterprise-level instance, preferred.
  • Experience in systems/ application process, integration and workflow analysis, application/system analysis, and experience working on project teams.
  • The following certifications are considered valuable: Certifications: Six Sigma, ITIL, Microsoft, etc
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Minimum technical and communication skill levels and licenses/certificates normally required to perform the duties of this position)
  • Hands-on experience with chatbots and voice assistants
  • A willingness to take on challenges that are not clearly defined
  • An appreciation for constant learning and solutioning
  • Understanding of User Experience principles and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge and/or practical experience with Conversational AI
  • Familiarity with Office 365, and collaboration tools like MS Teams
  • Working technical knowledge of relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL etc.
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred
  • Generates new ideas/approaches to solving problems and/or alternative solutions
  • Can effectively learn diverse business systems; how they function and can apply that knowledge into benefits to better serve the organization.
  • Able to seek out the root cause to a problem and ensure the resolution solves the underlying issue.
  • Proven ability as a change agent; is good at bringing creative ideas of self and others to business
  • Effective in both formal and informal leadership roles in guiding others in support of necessary changes
  • Proficient in the creation of data flow or systems diagrams and the tools used to develop them
  • Technical knowledge of API's, Web Services, JavaScript, and XML
  • Background in linguistic analysis of conversational language
