Job Details
Onsite in Charlotte - Hybrid model - onsite 3 days a week.
Preferred:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Coupa applications
- Strong understanding of Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management
- Experience with Coupa integrations (e.g., via API, flat files, middleware)
- Familiarity with workflow configuration, custom fields, and reporting within Coupa
- Experience working in enterprise-level environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Coupa Release Management and testing new features
- Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday)
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices
- Coupa Certification(s) a plus
- Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
