Title: Coupa Technical Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Technical Project Manager with recent, hands-on experience managing Coupa implementations and optimizations. The ideal candidate will possess deep business and technical acumen in Coupa, particularly in the Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules. This role is critical to identifying and resolving functional and integration gaps and driving project success across procurement workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Coupa-related initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points in S2C and P2P processes
  • Provide technical and functional guidance on Coupa configurations and integrations
  • Drive resolution of gaps in current Coupa implementation
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Act as the SME for Coupa platform, best practices, and enhancements

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Recent experience as a Project Manager on Coupa implementations
  • Strong expertise in Coupa s Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay modules
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and ERP integrations
  • Ability to translate business needs into Coupa system solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
