Looking for Lead Platform Support Specialist with 6-8 years of Platform support Experience (Cribl admin)
Install, configure, and maintain Cribl platforms across development, test, and production environments.
Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive fixes for high availability.
Manage security and access controls, including integration with LDAP/SSO and certificate management.
Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following change management processes.
Automate operational tasks using scripting (Python, Shell) and configuration management tools.
Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth deployments and compliance.
Maintain detailed documentation and provide L2/L3 support, including on-call rotations for critical issues.
