Client Experience Associate (Receptionist / Banker-Teller Hybrid)

Location: North Palm Beach, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Type: Contract-to-Hire Potential

We re seeking a polished, service-minded professional to be the welcoming face of a leading financial institution in North Palm Beach. This is a unique role blending client experience, reception responsibilities, and eventual cross-training into full banker/teller functions. If you enjoy delivering white-glove service, staying organized in a fast-moving environment, and building a long-term career in banking, we want to meet you.

What You ll Do

This is a replacement role with immediate impact. Your day will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients entering the banking lobby

  • Providing a high-touch in-person client experience from greeting to departure

  • Escorting clients to conference rooms, coordinating schedules, and ensuring rooms are prepared and not double-booked

  • Offering refreshments and ensuring a seamless, professional visit

  • Answering the main phone line and managing general inquiries

  • Scanning and handling important client documents

  • Guiding clients to their safe deposit boxes

  • Assisting with simple banking needs such as balance checks and basic transactions

  • Collaborating closely with wealth management advisors, lenders, and trust officers

  • Growing into full banker/teller responsibilities, including cash handling

What We re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in client service, hospitality, banking, or similar

  • Banking experience strongly preferred; cashier experience may be considered

  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and comfort interacting with high-profile clients

  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving parts

  • Interest in learning banking/teller functions full cross-training provided

  • Degree not required
