ECS is seeking a Cyber Engagement Coordinator to work in a HYBRID setting out of our Arlington, VA office.

ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). The JCDC is CISA's flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community and we are looking to grow our team supporting this critical mission.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Cyber Engagement Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of strategic products across diverse stakeholder groups in the public and private sectors. This individual will work as part of a team to develop and implement effective strategies, engage with stakeholders, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate targeted outreach campaigns to deliver JCDC products to priority communities, leveraging partner and sector specific channels (e.g., ISAC/ISAO portals, industry capability communities, partner mailing lists, webinars, and social media platforms.)
  • Tailor messaging to resonate with specific audiences, from critical infrastructure operators to federal and SLTT partners.
  • Translate strategic products into clear, practical formats that are tailored to the specific needs and operational constraints of different stakeholder groups, including large and small jurisdictions and critical infrastructure (CI) partners.
  • Facilitate collaborative working sessions with external stakeholders to ensure that product recommendations align with their existing operational processes, compliance requirements, and resource limitations.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage across partner communities, identifying early indicators of success and potential barriers to implementation.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and contextualized examples to stakeholders to address implementation challenges and encourage rapid adoption.
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of performance data to measure the operational uptake of products and report on key metrics.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to inform continuous improvement of future JCDC deliverables.
Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000

  • Familiarity with the operations and mission of CISA, JCDC, or other federal cybersecurity organizations.
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role, providing guidance and recommendations to external organizations.
  • Knowledge of different communication channels and outreach strategies, including social media, webinars, and partner portals.
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling to present performance metrics and key insights.
  • Familiarity with critical infrastructure sectors, public-private partnerships, and cyber defense missions
