Job Title: Cybersecurity Engagement Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12+ Months Experience: 10+ Years (15+ Years Preferred)


Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Engagement Manager with deep domain expertise and strong leadership capabilities to lead and deliver complex cybersecurity engagements. The role requires managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver cybersecurity and related technology engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and contractual commitments.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating engagement status, risks, and resolution plans.

  • Manage service delivery, client relationships, and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed delivery and transition plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Track delivery and transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional technical teams, providing guidance and coaching.

  • Conduct technical and solution discussions with clients for new opportunities in coordination with Cybersecurity Centers of Excellence.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and delivery plans.

  • Support the creation of solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and estimates in collaboration with leadership.

  • Monitor delivery metrics and SLAs, define and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining delivery quality and accountability.

  • Focus on long-term client relationship building and customer experience enhancement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with 15+ years in leading and delivering large-scale engagements preferred.

  • Strong knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains, including:

    • Vulnerability Management

    • DLP (Data Loss Prevention)

    • SIEM & Security Operations

    • IAM / PAM

    • MDR (Managed Detection & Response)

    • Security Architecture & Engineering

    • Authentication, SSO / MFA

  • Deep expertise in at least one cybersecurity domain, preferably Identity & Access Management (IAM).

  • Strong hands-on or architectural knowledge of Azure Active Directory, including:

    • Conditional Access

    • Identity Protection

    • Complex identity and access configurations

  • Solid understanding of Identity Governance concepts such as user lifecycle management, access controls, and identity federation.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex, multi-stream programs.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with global delivery models.

  • Exposure to regulated or highly secure enterprise environments.

  • Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications.
