Job Title: Cybersecurity Incident Response Liaison

Job Description:
Serve as the primary investigative liaison for 40+ Rapid Response Retainer (RRR) customers, including Fortune 100 clients. Act as the single point of contact between customers and Verizon's incident response team for emergency response, readiness, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support cybersecurity incident response for assigned customers.
Act as customer-facing liaison for emergency and non-emergency RRR requests.
Review and develop Incident Response Plans and Playbooks.
Deliver executive and technical tabletop exercises and breach simulations.
Brief senior executives on incidents, readiness, and remediation actions.
Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Incident Response.
Strong experience with IR plans, playbooks, and tabletop exercises.
Proven ability to brief executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing multiple customer relationships concurrently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional:
Some travel required
