We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Intelligence Analyst to join our team in support of a Federal mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional and cyber intelligence analysis, with expertise in gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence from diverse sources to support decision-making and strategic planning.

As an Cybersecurity Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in producing actionable intelligence related to subject areas including Border Security, Cyber Security, Border Protection, and Illicit Financial practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cyber intelligence analysis in support of a Federal mission.
- Translate raw data (OSINT, Deep Web, classified sources) into clear operational and strategic assessments.
- Analyze intelligence data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats.
- Produce comprehensive intelligence reports and assessments to support decision-making at all levels.
- Utilize specialized intelligence collection and dissemination techniques and sources to gather relevant information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security operations, incident response, forensics, insider threat, policy, and technical teams.
- Communicate findings to senior leadership and internal stakeholders with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and trends in intelligence analysis, continuously enhancing analytic methodologies and techniques.
- Interface with stakeholders to understand intelligence requirements and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures, including obtaining and maintaining Final TOP SECRET SCI clearance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Cybersecurity, or related field; or an Associate degree with four years of operational experience.
- 5+ years of experience analyzing cyber intelligence utilizing tools like Mandiant, CrowdStrike, Splunk, or Tenable.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating raw data (OSINT, Deep Web, classified sources) in a geographical or functional area to produce finished intelligence reports.
- 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence resources, including both open-source (OSINT) and classified databases.
- U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (ICD 704) with no waivers or conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and evaluating raw data in a geographical or functional area to produce finished intelligence reports.
- 5+ years of experience leveraging all-source intelligence resources, including unclassified and classified systems.
- Experience in analytical, intelligence, and cyber-related roles.
- Familiarity with cyber intelligence tools (Mandiant, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Tenable), data sets, data science principles, and analytic methodologies (e.g., cognitive biases, the intelligence cycle, intelligence requirements).
- Military intelligence or cyber operations experience (defensive preferred; offensive also valuable).
- Scripting experience (Python) is a strong plus.
- Strong critical thinking, concise writing, and clear presentation skills.
- Passion, integrity, curiosity, and a drive to contribute to the team's growth and innovation.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a small team environment.
