Responsibilities
The position of Senior Consultant is a key client facing. Working as part of the Customer Engagement team, you will be able to cover the following tasks:
- Functional analysis - analyzing business processes, documenting customer requirements and designing functional and technical solutions
- Technical analysis of Dynamics 365 including configuration, customization and development of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Lead client engagements, provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions, including technical design
- Oversee aspects of a project or manage large sized projects
- Confidently lead design thinking engagements
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and estimation processes
- Define work of others and monitor its quality
- Help advance the team by coaching other team members
- Collaborate on internal initiatives and be able to evidence innovation in their work
- Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
- Build rapport quickly and inspire confidence with both internal and client teams
- Design and deliver key artefacts and workshops - e.g., roadmaps, vision boards
- Keep up to date with the latest technology releases
- Help identify, pursue and close business development opportunities, whilst continually contributing to existing project success
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
The candidate will have a proven track record as a Senior Consultant with knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features.
Other essential skills are:
- 5 to 9 years' experience (guideline) and / or a developed specialism
- Able to lead client-facing work including workshops, presentations, end user training and meetings
- The ability to translate customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- A good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, and underlying data structures
- The ability to work well under pressure, both as part of the team and on own initiative
- The ability to manage their workload and time according to deadlines set. Resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and interface with business and technology partners
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral listen, understand, present and challenge
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to bring a point of view, perspective and clarity to client challenges
