Job Details




Our direct client has a remote/contract need for a Scrum Master supports Agile delivery for Digital Process Automation development teams and PEGA, enabling effective sprint execution and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities




  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives




  • Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile maturity




  • Track delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies




  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness




  • Coordinate with developers, QA, and business partners




Qualifications




  • 4-7+ years of Scrum Master experience




  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, velocity, and team coaching




  • Experience supporting Pega or workflow automation teams preferred




  • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and team health metrics




  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills




Desired




  • CSM or PSM required; PCBA helpful




  • Financial services experience
