Description

We are looking for a skilled Data/Information Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Rosemont, Illinois. In this role, you will lead and oversee the architectural design and implementation of Kafka Confluent projects, ensuring optimal platform functionality and success. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with offshore teams and guide others effectively.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of Kafka Confluent projects, ensuring the platform is set up for long-term success.
Collaborate closely with offshore teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
Review and refine digital file structures to optimize data organization and accessibility.
Ensure legal documentation processes are integrated seamlessly within the architecture.
Develop solutions for managing and organizing file boxes and digital assets efficiently.
Act as the subject matter expert for AEM architectural solutions and strategy.
Continuously assess and improve the architecture to meet evolving business needs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and progress.

Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience in designing and implementing Kafka Confluent projects.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Expertise in designing architectural solutions for digital files, file boxes, and legal documentation.
Hands-on experience as an AEM Architect.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with offshore teams.
Solid understanding of data organization and management best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Ability to adapt and refine architectural strategies to meet changing requirements.
