We are seeking an experienced Data & Integration Architect to design, build, and maintain robust marketing data pipelines. This role focuses on integrating platforms such as Sitecore and Salesforce, ensuring strong data governance, and enabling AI-driven analytics to support personalized buyer journeys.
Key Responsibilities Data Engineering & Integration-
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and model marketing and engagement data using Databricks or similar environments.

Develop integrations across Sitecore, Google Marketing Platform, 6sense, LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other digital platforms to provide end-to-end visibility into the buyer journey.

Partner with IT and data teams to align marketing data with enterprise standards for governance, quality, and security.

Create unified data models that connect engagement data, content consumption, account signals, and opportunity data to support analytics and journey-based insights.

Collaborate with the MarTech team to ensure marketing platforms are configured and documented to support analytics and AI use cases.

Define and communicate data capture standards, tagging requirements, and event tracking structures for complete buyer journey visibility.

Create and maintain data dictionaries, taxonomies, and schemas to ensure consistent and reliable data for analytics.

Serve as the primary liaison between Analytics and MarTech teams, translating analytical and modeling requirements into platform configuration and integration needs.

Conduct data audits to validate alignment of critical events, attributes, and identifiers across systems.

Define and maintain frameworks for capturing and structuring web behavior, personalization events, and user interactions within Sitecore and related systems.

Ensure engagement signals and content interactions are linked to known accounts and individuals for journey analysis and personalization.

Support analytics teams in leveraging web data to identify buying-stage patterns and trigger tailored recommendations.

Partner with marketing AI specialists to ensure data structures support advanced use cases, including:

Buyer journey stage prediction

Next-best-action and next-best-content modeling
-
Audience and account-level engagement scoring
-
Personalized experience and content recommendation frameworks
-

Design and maintain data pipelines that make behavioral and engagement data AI-ready.

Ensure all marketing data is connected and contextualized for AI-driven insights.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance marketing's ability to predict, personalize, and optimize engagement.

Engineering Degree: BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc

Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
-
Strong experience in data pipeline development using Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Python
-
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Sense, Sitecore Personalization, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
-
Expertise in integrating marketing platforms such as Sitecore, Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and 6sense
-
Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and security standards

Knowledge of digital marketing data structures, tagging, and event tracking

Proven ability to collaborate with IT and Analytics teams for data alignment

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
-
Understanding of AI/ML use cases in marketing, including journey prediction and personalization
-
Experience with web analytics and personalization frameworks, particularly Sitecore
-
Skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
-
Awareness of emerging technologies like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and identity resolution
