Job Details

This role supports Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, documentation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and operational efficiency while supporting role lifecycle management processes and other IAM-related initiatives.

Key Skills

  • Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor s degree (Information Security, IT, or related field preferred)
  • Understanding of IT process workflows and documentation
  • Familiarity with NERC CIP security standards (CIP-004) to be developed on the job

  • Technical Proficiency

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, including DAX formulas and Power Query)
  • Data and process analysis to identify anomalies or operational issues
  • Power BI dashboard creation and design (preferred, not mandatory)
