Job Overview:
Job Summary:
Join a high-impact analytics team supporting the Document Cloud business at Adobe. As a Data Analyst, you ll work with cross-functional and global teams to uncover monetization opportunities, improve customer journeys, and influence product direction through data insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive analytics to support business growth across US, Europe, and Asia.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Growth Managers, GTM, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- Investigate customer behavior, feature adoption, and monetization trends.
- Stitch and calibrate sparse and noisy data across various data sources.
- Define metrics, KPIs, and build dashboards to track performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for customer journey and revenue path analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test design.
- Hands-on coding with Python or R.
- Experience building dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks); experience with data pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and global teams.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to QA and stitch disparate data sources.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics tools.
