Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Analyze business and financial data to generate actionable insights that drive automation and process improvements.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support both analytical and operational requirements.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key data insights.
- Support the development of metrics for critical outcomes such as customer retention, conversion propensity, and churn prediction.
- Develop sophisticated quantitative models using historical data and scenario analysis to enhance decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data science, data engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.
- Experience with building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems with data.
