Job Summary
In this role, you'll work with complex data sets, build detailed reporting tools, identify trends, and deliver insights that support strategic, data-driven decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large data sets from multiple internal and external sources
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models, including pivot tables, formulas, macros, and interactive dashboards
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights to guide business strategy
- Create clear, accurate, visually compelling reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver meaningful analyses
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity, completeness, and reliability
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role
- Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros/VBA, data visualization)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience analyzing large, complex, or multi-source data sets
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience with additional tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
