The ideal candidate will have experience with data mining and integrating disparate data sources into unified/reliable data sets and also have strong database knowledge with advanced SQL, and hands-on ETL experience to design and implement data pipelines.

Our client is in search of a Data Analyst for a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience with data mining and integrating disparate data sources into unified/reliable data sets and also have strong database knowledge with advanced SQL, and hands-on ETL experience to design and implement data pipelines.
Required Skills:
- Advanced SQL development, including complex queries, scripts, and stored procedures
- Strong understanding of relational database design
- Hands-on ETL experience (designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting data pipelines)
- Experience with data integration and reconciling data across multiple systems
- Ability to integrate disparate data sources into unified, reliable datasets
- Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to support ad-hoc analysis for business units and audits
- Experience tuning query performance for relational and/or distributed databases
- Knowledge of data governance, accuracy, and compliance requirements
BonSoft Skills:
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Finance or Banking industry experience
- Prior collaboration with data engineering teams in large enterprise environments
