100% REMOTE – BUT NEED TO BE EST – WILL NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING : looking for kind of a cross between a data architect and a business analyst, someone who could.

• Act as a liaison between business and technology.
• Oversee the systems solution and ensure that the solution aligns with business goals and processes.
• Analyze and assess insurance-related datasets to identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
• Develop system diagrams and data flow documentation to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Perform data wrangling and transformation tasks to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Document metrics definitions, table structures, and update processes.
• Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and usability. Required Skills:
• Proven experience in insurance analytics and data quality assessment.
• Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience in Snowflake.
• Experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including data flows and system diagrams.
• Strong understanding of data structures, metrics, and update processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
