V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Center Technician II for our premier client in Broad Run, Virginia.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be an effective communicator, both written and orally. Ability to discuss designs concerning power, cooling, cabling and networking issues with network users, administrators, consultants, architects and electrical engineers and make recommendations and set forth design proposals based on current and future requirements.
• Strong team working skills; Develop and maintain excellent self-leadership skills including proactive, customer service oriented working relationships with all appropriate levels inside and outside the company.
• Effective leadership skills to resolve conflicts and retain high morale amongst internal team as well as vendor teams.
• Personal qualities to include integrity, respect for others, personal responsibility, and a passion to approach all aspects of the job with enthusiasm.
• Ability and willingness to adapt and accept change with strong decision-making skills to complete project successfully.
