Location: Wayzata, Minnesota (Hybrid - Onsite 3 days/week)
Overview:
We are seeking a Minnesota-based Senior Data Engineer to join our team and help design, build, and operate high-performance, data-centric solutions leveraging our enterprise big data platform. This role will be instrumental in enabling advanced analytics capabilities across the organization by developing scalable data pipelines, modeling data structures, and driving the adoption of modern data engineering practices.

- Architect and implement robust data pipelines and transformations to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with functional data analytics teams to define data access pathways and optimize data usage.

- Provide technical support throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring sustainability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Proficiency in designing, coding, testing, and deploying data or software applications.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and diverse data sources.
