Job Details

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Data Engineer in the Dallas/Frisco area. The Data engineer will transform product and marketing data into actionable insights, driving marketing strategies and enhancing consumer engagement.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of BI and Data Engineering experience building dashboards and evaluating data. At least one working with Digital Marketing Data.
  • Experience with real-time analytics and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Strong SQL and data integration are required. Experience with Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), omnichannel marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Segment, SAP CDP, Emarsys, Iterable, etc.).
  • Experience building dashboard visualizations in Looker, and Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and strong database querying skills.
  • Experience with LookML coding and LookML extensions.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Redshift, S3, RDS, Glue, Athena, etc.)
  • Basic fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) tools and concepts. Such as using AI to enhance business operations and drive innovation, enabling us to better serve our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage data systems that help our marketing tools grow, making sure data flows easily across various platforms and channels.
  • Team up with marketing and product teams to solve data-related technical issues in support of their projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain tools that use data to give insights on customer behavior and business performance, like how we get new customers and retain them over time.
  • Design and improve ways to collect and analyze consumer behavior data, which helps us tailor our marketing and build better customer relationships.
  • Ensure our marketing platforms have all the necessary data to accurately measure and report on the success of our campaigns.
