Official Title: Data Integration Analyst
Location: Onsite in Louisville, KY (potential hybrid option: 3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Work with data from newly acquired home health & hospice branches.
Take files from the HCHB system, format them in Excel, and import into the BHS timekeeping system (UKG Pro WorkForce Manager).
Ensure data is clean, accurate, and properly integrated into reporting systems.
MustHave Skills
Advanced Excel expertise: pivot tables, macros, Vlookups, reporting.
Strong data formatting and integration skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues quickly.
NicetoHave Skills
Experience with UKG Pro WorkForce Manager.
Background in healthcare or timekeeping systems.
