You will work closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure acquired companies data and processes align seamlessly with company standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem solving, loves working with messy datasets, and can translate data insights into clear action plans that drive integration success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage large, complex datasets from acquired companies, including financial, operational, and project-related data.
  • Clean, validate, and transform data for input into ERP and financial reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel (including Power Query/Power Pivot) models and Power BI dashboards to support integration and financial reporting.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation, and migration tasks.
  • Compare legacy ERP data structures to company processes, identify gaps, and create project plans to resolve discrepancies.
  • Lead execution of integration tasks: data mapping, testing, and process alignment.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to communicate data-driven findings and support change management.
  • Support ongoing reporting needs, including profit & loss statements, KPIs, and acquisition performance tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data governance, integration processes, and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Expert-level Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, macros).
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
  • Familiarity with corporate financial reporting, including P&L analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to drive multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Civil engineering or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry exposure is a strong plus.
  • ERP experience (Deltek, Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus.

What We re Looking For
You are curious, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. You enjoy solving complex data problems, can work independently, and take ownership of projects from analysis through execution. Most importantly, you re excited to help us bring structure to chaos as we integrate new companies into our enterprise.
