This role involves driving strategic data initiatives, collaborating with IT to implement automated solutions, understanding cross-system data usage to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, it includes recommending tactical methods to enhance management's access to analytics and maintaining data integrity in CRM and client data warehouse, while also contributing to the rollout and implementation of Power BI across the COO team.

Description


  • Collaborate with IT to drive and implement strategic data solutions, including defining, identifying, testing, and implementing automated solutions

  • Analyze data usage across multiple systems and departments to identify trends and patterns, enhancing operational efficiency

  • Research and execute tactical approaches to improve management's access to analytics, including self-service methods, alongside strategic platform implementation

  • Lead data management, ensuring integrity of client records in CRM and Client Data warehouse

  • Monitor daily data feeds and validate accuracy of customer, facility, and deal data

  • Independently explore client data to uncover trends, performance drivers, and emerging issues, demonstrating critical thinking and intellectual curiosity

  • Develop and uphold data controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and detail in management reporting

  • Assist in the rollout and implementation of Power BI across the COO team, designing and developing financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Profile














  • Demonstrated expertise in data entry and quality assurance within complex data environments

  • Strong dedication to meticulous data accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficient in designing, managing, and utilizing business applications, including data warehouses and performance dashboards

  • Skilled in data science, analytics, and business intelligence, with a focus on visualization techniques

  • Extensive experience with advanced MS Word/Excel, SQL, Power BI, relational databases, OLAP tools, and data mining, along with familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, and other relevant technologies.
