Role: Data Modeler

Mode: Hybrid

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

  • Strong Data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, 3nF, Dimensional) at both a project and enterprise level
  • Dimensional Modeling with experience in crafting conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units.
  • Data Modeling Tool such as Power designer, Oracle Designer or Erwin
  • Experience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teams
  • Understanding of principles and standard methodologies around Data Architecture
  • Ability to write SQL to query data (ideally ANSI SQL)
  • Solid grasp of Database technologies, techniques, and trends
  • Experience with Snowflake experience a plus
  • Experience with data governance and metadata management tools and standard methodologies a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to explain Data structures to a non-technical audience
  • Results oriented with proven ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills
