Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler with strong experience in ERP systems, specifically UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), to support a short-term data project for client. This role involves analyzing, designing, and documenting data models and structures to enable seamless data extraction and integration with client's internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret UKG s data structures, schema, and relationships.
  • Design logical and physical data models aligned with client s internal systems and data standards.
  • Collaborate with data integration and engineering teams to support downstream ETL pipelines.
  • Ensure data model accuracy, integrity, and scalability across internal reporting and analytics systems.
  • Document data definitions, metadata, and mapping rules for integration purposes.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect in ERP environments (UKG experience is mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Erwin, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with structured datasets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
